VIDEO: UFO FOOTAGE OVER EL CAJON, CALIFORNIA - FEB 25, 2009

Some residents in El Cajon had their eye on the sky after spotting some bizarre lights. NASA did launch a satellite Monday night, but the flashes over the East County were spotted way before that.
