Phoenix Lights witness, Tim Ley looks out to where he saw the phenomenon. The incident was on March 13, 1997, between 7:30 and 10:30 in the evening over a 300-mile corridor from the Nevada line through the city of Phoenix, to the northern edge of Tucson, hundreds reported five to seven intensely bright balls of light forming a "V" shape in the night sky. Many witnesses reported seeing a enormous black, slow moving craft attached to these lights.
