SUBJ: National Security Risk assessment for disclosure of UFO / Antigravity files.

What we know: Unidentified Flying Objects have been witnessed and photographed. Flying saucers or disc shaped craft, as well as a flying triangle shaped craft have been spotted, yet neither has been confirmed as belonging to the US Military.

1. NASA was ordered to hand over documents in response to a March 27, 2007 federal Court ruling by Judge Emmet G. Sullivan (Case#1:03CV02509) regarding the Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by Leslie Kean. NASA is withholding secret documents and materials that were seized from a crash site in Kecksburg, PA on December 9, 1965.

Former Area 51 employee and whistle blower Edgar Fouche says he worked on the Aurora Project for the US Military where he helped design the anti-gravity propulsion system for the TR3-b Flying Triangle which uses rotating mercury based plasma to achieve anti-gravity. The fundamental scientific principals behind this technology (anomalous effects of rotating Bose-Einstein Condensates) have been investigated by Boeings [GRASP], NASAs Advance Concepts Office, & NASAs Gravity Probe B.

What we don't know: The origins of this technology, and why the Government is being so secretive about it? Many have suspicions that these craft are extraterrestrial in origin or that the technology was back-engineered from crashed alien space craft. National Security Risk Assessment: There are several Risk Factors associated with disclosing the truth about extraterrestrial life, however there are no risks associated with disclosing anti-gravity technology. The notion that our enemies could use this technology against us is completely nullified by the technical feasibility of such a project. DENMARK DISCLOSES ITS UFO FILES - JANUARY 28, 2009

I do not understand the language however I believe that the following drawing was part of what was given up in Denmark's disclosure today.



After posting the above, I received the following, which comes from Joe Capp at UFO Media Matters. Joe thinks this may pertain to this particular disclosure item, which he says was originally classified.

SMALL MEN IN FLYING SAUCERS I think that is about this case and it was classified. It occurred at 0430 AM on a summer morning in 1982. The boy was bicycling on his way to a summer job at nursery when he noticed a very bright object about 50-60 meters into a field. He got off his bike and approached the object, perplexed by the unusual phenomenon.

The object was a classic saucer-on-saucer configuration, about 2 meters in height and 2 meters in diameter. There were no obvious surface features except what looked like a hatch on one side. 10-15 meters from the object the boy saw 5 small beings, humanoid but no taller than 60 cm and with a large head and chest and small hips and legs - Joe Capp

James began his lifelong interest with the UFO phenomenon at the age of 11 when he began his own UFO news clipping collection. As a young boy, James lived in Puerto Rico at a time when the island was a hotbed of UFO activity and he later researched the Chupacabra and Laguna Cartagena sightings. James served for four years as a U.S. Army Russian Linguist in the Military Intelligence Corps and became fascinated with the story of the Gulf Breeze six, a group of young Military Intelligence soldiers that went AWOL from their base in Augsburg, Germany to search for UFOs in Gulf Breeze.Upon moving to Colorado in 1996, James joined the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) and worked as the state section director for both North Eastern and North Western Colorado. James proposed and implemented MUFON’s Pandora Project, the electronic archiving of all MUFON’s UFO case files and served on the MUFON International Business Board for three years before being elected as the MUFON International Director in 2006. James holds a Bachelors of Arts in Russian Language and a Masters of Arts in International Affairs, both from Florida State University. James is also the CEO of a national computer training company and is widely recognized as a computer expert. James currently lives in Bellvue, Colorado with his wife Lisa and son Aidan.

There's been just a few but questionable. Look at the digits of meteors in the first part and middle of the month. Sure, we get meteors on a regular basis but the numbers have increased for January.

The following may explain why UFO sightings (legitimate ones) have subsided.

Simply stated, it's probably because an alien's mother didn't raise no dummy.

Two days later after the initial sighting, it came back. Same spot same time, and again ascended quickly and was gone after watching it for 30 minutes. At the end I'm talking to LAPD Air Support, they flew right by it after I called 15 minutes prior. I am only sharing this because I've seen this twice now and it defies logic. I won't speculate, I'm not here to prove anything or waste everyone's time.

It was around 1:15 pm when I notice a large glowing object traveling S/E. This object did not seem to be an aircraft.So I ran and grabbed my camcorder for a closer observation,and began filming. When zooming in this unknown object appear to be changing shape.This object was clearly no aircraft or weather-balloon. As you can see on the video this object seems to be spinning.While I was filming unknown began to glow extremely bright. It did not seem to reflect the sun's ray's,It seemed to be glowing. This object began to hover in same area for some time. At one point a jet was traveling S/W leaving a contrail. I pan back and was able to capture both jet and unknown in same frame. Clearly two different shape's.Compare to the aircraft this glowing object was huge in size. This unknown then changed direction and began traveling North and out of sight.

A UFO enthusiast who hacked into US military computers looking for evidence that aliens have visited Earth today signed a written confession in a last-ditch bid to avoid extradition.

Gary McKinnon does however deny that he damaged any computers while searching for evidence of alien encounters.

Gary McKinnon, 42, from north London, faces a sentence of up to 80 years in prison if he is found guilty in an American court of hacking into and damaging 97 US Navy, Army, Nasa and Pentagon computers.

Mr McKinnon, who suffers from Asperger’s Syndrome, has failed in numerous appeals against the extradition. His lawyer hopes that by handing a signed confession to the Crown Prosecution Service he could be tried in the UK.

Karen Todner, his lawyer, said he still denies causing damage to the computer equipment, which cost $800,000 (£532,500) according to the US authorities. He signed a statement offering to plead guilty under UK law to hacking into the computers in breach of the Misuse of Computers Act.

Ms Todner said she was awaiting a response from the director of public prosecutions, Keir Starmer QC, but added she was hopeful prosecutors would accept the deal.

“They are different offenses to what he was being extradited for, but it reflects his culpability for what he did,” she said.

A Crown Prosecution Service spokeswoman confirmed they had received the letter and were considering it.

The US military claims Mr McKinnon, from Wood Green, left 300 computers at a US Navy weapons station unusable immediately after the September 11 terror attacks in 2001.

He is accused of hacking into 53 US Army computers and 26 US Navy computers, including those at US Naval Weapons Station Earle in New Jersey, which is responsible for replenishing munitions and supplies for the Atlantic fleet.

He is also accused of hacking into 16 Nasa computers, one US Department of Defense computer and one machine belonging to the US Air Force.

He was caught in 2002 as he tried to download a grainy black and white photograph which he believed was an alien spacecraft from a Nasa computer housed in the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.

He was easily traced by the authorities because he used a personal e-mail address.

If the case is heard in the US it is thought that he would receive a relatively light sentence and that, under a plea bargain offer, he would spend six to 12 months in a US jail before being returned to Britain to serve the rest of his time.

McKinnon says he was looking for UFO files and his supporters have said this was an obsession that went too far.

He has previously said: “What I did was illegal and wrong and I accept I should be punished. But I am not a member of al-Qaeda. I believe my case is being treated so seriously because they’re scared of what I’ve seen. I’m living in a surreal, nutter’s film.”

An application for permission for a judicial review of the proposed extradition is expected to be heard at the High Court in London on January 20.

YouTuber states: I recently filmed this two days ago (January 8, 2008) in Pasadena, California around 4 to 5 pm while facing west. I saw it hovering around and I went to get my camera and started filming. The next thing I saw fully astonished my eyes because I knew that this thing was not a plane or star or anything in the sky or beyond so I did some research to find that someone else in Russia had filmed the same thing back in June. It lasted an hour and a half to two hours.

A FARMER has slammed revelers whose 'UFOs' nearly burned his entire winter's feed and put him out of business.

There have been a host of reports of bright lights in the sky above Burton and South Derbyshire in recent months.

FARMER OUTRAGED BY LANTERNS - CAN YOU BLAME HIM?

James Hollis saw them above Gate Farm Stables, in Hanbury Road, Anslow, on New Year's Day. But, as they fell to the ground, he realized they were Chinese lanterns with flares inside - one of which fell just a foot from his 15-tonne winter hay supply.

The 50-year-old said his business would have gone up in smoke had the burning lantern caught his bales.

He said: "It had just turned dark on New Year's Day when my lads and I saw a red light overhead and thought it was a plane taking off. But then we saw another, and another, and another, and it became clear they weren't planes at all. We went to take the cows in and, suddenly, an object floated down with a light flickering inside. It was about 4ft in diameter with a candle inside, kind of like one of those Chinese lanterns. I understand people have a sense of humor and it was New Year's Day, but they should just think on a bit before acting. My winter feed could have gone up in flames. That would have put me out of business and, in this day and age, you don't get a second chance."

Mr Hollis, who lives with sons Daniel, 9, and Joshua, 10, said the lanterns also upset his cows as he goes on to state, "The lights were up at about 1,500ft and coming from the Hilton area and, I have to admit, they look great when they're flying. But it doesn't make it okay - one of the lanterns landed on a cow's head, sending it into a frenzy. All the cows were very unsettled by the whole incident and all were desperate to get inside. We've already had bluetongue this year, the last thing we need is burning objects falling from the sky on our farm. Also, planes are always flying over our area from East Midlands Airport and the lanterns could pose a danger to them."

I want it to be a UFO more than any of you so you already know that I'm not trying to debunk here, I just feel that there are some things you need to be reminded of. More than anything, I despise hoaxers and if Morristown is a hoax, we're feeding the hoaxer and giving him/her exactly what they want.

We've all seen our share of lanterns and flares tied to balloons. We sometimes fail to remember what they looked like and how they reacted in the sky until we go back and do a double take.

The following (3) videos and pictures are from the April 21, 2008 hoax in Phoenix, Arizona where the hoaxer's neighbor turned him in. I think that after you view this all over again it will jog your memory as to how simply this can be done. We tend to not want to believe authority when THEY say it was just road flares attached to balloons because they are just that, authority and authority is a problem when it comes to ufology. Then again, we know better and we should also know how the media tends to hype everything UFO wise that comes along. It's real simple, the media does not dwell in the subject of UFOs day in and day out like we do. Instead, they have visions of mass numbers of viewers in their eyes and justifiable ad rates so they run with the ball.

Look at the ratio of hoaxes on YouTube and always remember that there are just as many hoaxers running around with ideas in their head in order to get media attention. Consequently, please take some time to re-review the Phoenix incident from last April.

This is the second such object, but this one had sharper points. Walked outside shortly after 5 and spotted what appeared to be a dark plane. Looked through binoculars and shit my pants. Grabbed the camera and you get the 1st part of the video-me tryin' to get a grip.

Full Description of event/sighting: I walked outside because my dog and all the dogs in the neighborhood are barking, I see a black spot hovering, look through binos, see this thing isn't normal and got 15 minutes of footage before it got too dark. I watched the thing with the binos quickly disappear over the pacific.

VIDEO: BLACK TRIANGULAR UFOs HOAX - LLOYDMINSTER, ALBERTA

We cannot accept every UFO sighting to be just that. If we did we would be exactly what the media and science thinks we are, which would be a jar of nuts. Consequently, if I smell a hoax I'll always state so, which is not very often since typically I simply refuse to post them.

This one is different though because the YouTuber refuses to post the comments from those who are trying to state how he hoaxed this UFO. He used the squares from .09 second mark and took the triangular patches and overlaid video on top of them. Furthermore, in viewing his other YouTubes they all seemed to be a repeat of each other in a big sense except they'll have the same identical UFO flying from right to left and then in the next video left to right.

Silence and/or avoiding people is an indicator that something is amiss. It reminds me of Hall of Shamer Dr. Reed who only allows positive comments on his videos since he's solely in the business of making a buck.

Any YouTuber that is not willing to take ALL comments is considered a hoaxer in my book. Either that or they have uploaded someone else's YouTubes and don't want to hear about it.

I shot this on Sept-3-2008. This was a fly by of a powerful triangular craft. I got a good close up of the ship for about 45 seconds until my tape ran out. There was also sound with this ship. Sounded like between a low rumbling to a deep thundering sound somewhat like a larger jet, but different, they sound deeper than our jets. These triangular craft can also mimic any conventional earth plane sound they want, they do this for security reasons in order not to generate fear and panic which the full ordinary sound these craft make would do if they didn't muffle and disguise the ordinary sound abit. I have heard the ordinary sound on several ocassions and it certainly sounds errie and alien.

I think that the reason that Mexico is notorious for hoaxing these days because they're all trying to get on Jaime Mausson's television show. Just ask MUFON. I think they know more than they let us know on UFOs Over Earth - Mexico.

The last time Fabela did this UFO he did it with a helicopter. The UFO in this one looks just like the UFO in the helicopter video except with an airplane. Why is the focus always on a UFO and 'something else'?.

Besides that, there are a few too many UFOs suddenly appearing in Tamaulipas, which tells me Fabela is hoaxing. Mexico is notorious for hoaxing these days.
