The following is what the Drone Research Team has stated thus far.
The PIs and DRT have been on-site to conclusively determine that this is the exact same pole as seen in the Raj photos. The pole is not within the Capitola limits.
Research in the neighborhood requires total discretion. No questions shall be answered at this time. Further investigative results will follow at a later date. Questions may be entertained at that time at the follow address.
