VIDEO: UFO FOOTAGE OVER ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA - NOV 13, 2008

Saw this as I was walking into my apartment on Thursday 11/13/2008. I first thought it was some spotlights or some light show from Disney, but it appeared to be over the ocean. Also, there were no clouds in the sky for the light to reflect off of.
