This looks to me like it could be The Lightship Group's blimp that the M Hotel in Las Vegas rented and flew into Southern CA in January to promote the hotel's grand opening. It's illuminated from the inside at night and the side that would have been facing the camera has no digital billboard. I've got another video in here somewhere that we know for sure it was a blimp from out of Riverside as well, which is next door to Corona.
It's certainly a big possibility.
