VIDEO: UFO FOOTAGE OVER THE NETHERLANDS - OCTOBER 14

I was in my room when I saw this bright light in the sky, so I took my camera and recorded what I saw. At one point the thing is shining with some kind of light into my camera, scrambeling the video. I really dont know what this thing is, but it's moving really weird! Does this have something to do with October 14th?
