GLOSSARY

WHY NO WITNESSES?
By, OnTheFence

Starting from the bottom, and working upwards at an event paced journey (not time based).

1. Servant of Information: The witness thinks of them self as an everyday person who fits into a society were people serve each other. This witness serves his information to society for the purpose of sharing and understanding, thinking that all people are equal and will understand what he saw as well as he understands what he saw.

2. Defender of account: Depending on the incredulity of the sighting (drones=high, fuzzy spots/lights in sky = low), the witness must defend his sighting to that degree. The witness will get little negative reaction when telling a story about a saucer or fuzzy light in the sky, it has been reported millions of times before him. A witness to something as spectacular as a California drone will take a lot of heat since there has been no path paved for such reports.

3. Disillusioned with reactions: Because of all the negative reaction (despite some positive acceptance), most witnesses will become disillusioned by popular reaction they receive from their story. Some will reply in anger, or separate themselves from the event and stop there because they are no longer welcome by the society they thought that they fit into before. There is no reason to share information with the public at this point; they are no longer a servant of the public. I suspect that this is where most of the drone witnesses are right now.

4. Contemplation of event: If the witness made it past the previous stage without blocking the event from their life. They will have time to contemplate what has transpired. If given enough resources, they may come to new conclusions on their own.

5: Enlightenment: At some point the witness may come to this stage of knowing that what they saw was in fact real and has meaning beyond the rat race of human existence. If compelled, they may once again open up and share their story, but not for the purposes of serving the public, more for the purposes of helping the public become aware.

REACTIONS TO OnTheFence's COMMENTS
By, Alien_Contactee

I have a theory why they don't stick around for your constant prodding:

The human is easier to figure out then most know or realize. You just happen to know, you naturally sense those things where most others do not. Your explanations are more an example of the psychology of man and how we think.

We pick up information through our life that is so basic that we don't really pay attention to it. This pertains to commonplace information more so. However, when need be, simply by taking any particular subject and looking at it while asking, "what ifs" like 'what would I do if that were me', you'll always find your answers. They might not always be 'dead on' but you'll find answers.

I would also like add a thought here that was not found in 1-5, which is certainly a harsher criticism. This is regarding a blatant betrayal by others involved, originally involved as well and the witness was Isaac. Actually, over the past year I have witnessed two incidents regarding the drones where the witness asked the original individual they reported to, not to divulge their personal information but did it anyway. Consequently, the witnesses saw that such had been passed on to another. They witnessed such simply by reading any of the UFO forums.

When this happens, witnesses completely lose faith in whomever it was they originally divulged said information to. We take such things too lightly sometimes because we're anxious for information ourselves so we tend to allow it because of our 'need to know'. However, such things are done while not considering the witnesses personal life, job, friends, etc., that are all on his/her mind, which is why they did not want their personal information divulged to begin with. In the case of Isaac, it could have easily become a legal matter with the U.S. Government. In the process of such, others see this and decide not to come forward either.

Regarding (1)
Exactly, and the key word here is 'thinks'. We all assume that everyone thinks like us so we react accordingly.

Regarding (2)
And the worst part of it is that most do not realize how hurtful their words can be to such an individual who has done nothing but come to share, only to have eggs thrown at him/her. Ridicule, embarrassment and guilt are three of the most powerful human emotions and they dictate how we act in a given situation. Technically, those emotions literally take over the psyche due to specific chemicals being dispensed by the brain when such things occur. If they stand in the forefront of any such conversation, that conversation will go south like a duck in winter.

Regarding (3)
Very well said and I can only imagine how many people have been disillusioned by the comments of others. Words hurt, even when they're not necessarily hurtful words. Worse yet is the 'acceptance' part. Imagine not feeling wanted or accepted when you know you have something that's real and you have more than a handful telling you otherwise, while at the same time you've been shunned or worse yet, exiled by your peers.

Regarding (4)
That's the problem though; they lose much of the event over time. If they have the immediate resources - good for them but they're not the big numbers.

The bigger numbers of individuals don't think past the thought of what they witnessed. Over time the event becomes vague unless it is brought forward in their mind frequently as to renew the picture in their head in order to keep it alive in their long term memory.

Quite often and over the years I have heard the words, "I had a sighting a long time ago and". Rule of thumb, they didn't run over the event enough times to hold all of that visual information in their long term memory and it's somewhat dissipated. The only thing that tends to remain is the basics like the color, where they were when they saw it and approximately what year it was.

Regarding (5)
And we all wish for that and hope that everyone ends up there.

While typing (and in my head), what keeps coming to me is how we react to the witness and not how we react to our own experiences. We have to treat the witness with kid gloves and that means everything that comes out of our mouths must be something we wouldn't mind having said to ourselves. (Yes, I will exclude those who have premeditated hoaxes designed only to upset Ufology. They have it coming to them actually, some just don't get it.) You know what I mean.

This is why I like having my own forum. I have control, I have the power of the 'delete' and/or 'edit' button when someone decides to be a smart ace to another or even just snide. Some would say that that is going a bit too far but that only means that they can probably take it because they also probably dish it out. What they don't realize is that most can't take it and they are also rarely ever the ones to dish it out. What the witness may become though is someone who retaliates since that is a natural human reaction. The witness just had their feelings hurt and isn't that the first reaction we have to such pain, we retaliate.

Some forums have just a profanity filter or a warning, I have a special filter in my mine that says, "Read what was just said and pretend it was said to you" (as in me). That's my filter and its fine tuned.

More simply stated, which also encumbers everything you have portrayed here, which is that none of us 'think' like the rest nor do we 'feel' like the rest. It's all about feelings and thoughts.

That was a very nice and overdue statement OnTheFence. You basically said all of those things that everyone needs to read and comprehend. Wouldn't that be nice? Comprehension that is.

UFO - COLD CASE PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS LOCATE CHAD DRONE PHOTO LOCATION

CHAD DRONE LOCATION SPOTTED AND
STEPHEN'S BIG BASIN DRONE LOCATION ALSO UNCOVERED

Photo overlay by arkhangels

This photo above shows the location that the private investigators discovered and it is exactly where the Chad drone was photographed.

As previously reported here, the drone research team (DRT), affiliated with the Drone Research Team Forum had hired private investigators Frankie Dixon and T.K. Davis in order to locate the Capitola drone. It appears that they were sent out to look for other drone locations as well. It is now being reported that the private investigators have located the actual spot where the Chad drone was photographed.

The Drone Research Team (DRT) is composed of:

* Tomi01uk (UK)
* Onthefence (Canada)
* 10538 (USA)
* Nemo492 (France)
* Raska (France)
* Elevenaugust (France)

In earlier reports, it was stated that the Chad drone was somewhere around Bakersfield, but it appears that this is not the case. Originally it was thought that Chad was trying to hide his location since the foliage in his photos did not coincide with Bakersfield.

The photo above is the original 'cell phone' picture, which Chad presented to Coast to Coast. Many thought that this was a computer generated image (CGI) thinking that the white spot in the trees was a cursor from a computer mouse. When the private investigators discovered the location, that white spot turned from a mouse to a house.

Last month (April 2007), my wife and I were on a walk when we noticed a very large, very strange "craft" in the sky. My wife took a picture with her cell phone camera. A few days later a friend (and neighbor) lent me his camera and came with me to take photos of this "craft". We found it and took a number of very clear photos.

The craft is almost completely silent and moves very smoothly. It usually moves slowly until it decides to take off. Then it moves VERY quickly and is out of sight in the blink of an eye. MORE THAN ANYTHING I simply want to understand what this is and why it is here?

We found your show with Google and I have listened for a few nights now. I have decided that if anyone can help me understand what this thing is, it is you and your audience. I must admit I am deeply unsettled by this thing. I have never seen anything like this in my life... Location: I would prefer not to say for now.

--Chad

By all appearances, Chad must live very near where that picture was taken since he took it while on a hike near his home.

Pictures above and below are just a few of many photos taken by the investigators showing close ups of the vicinity where the Chad drone was originally photographed.

As you can see in this photo, all of the trees, hills and other foliage match up exactly to Chad's photograph.

Photo supplied by Nemo492. The infamous mouse house.

Taken by a camera on a different day and not a cell phone, this photo above is another picture taken by Chad, which was also presented to Coast to Coast. The photo below shows the exact location of the drone in Chad's picture.

This photo proves that the private investigators did their job and located the exact vicinity where the Chad drone was photographed.

I believe it is fair to say that private investigators Frankie Dixon and T.K. Davis are certainly worth what ever fee they're being paid since they've given thousands of people answers to unanswered questions. Considering the tremendous amount of foliage in that locale, attempting to find such is likened to finding a needle in a haystack.

Go here for T.K. Davis Investigations if you have any tips or maybe in need of a good investigator.

LOCATION OF STEPHEN DRONE DISCOVERED

It was reported earlier by Stephen and Jenna that Stephen had taken his drone pictures "in the area around Big Basin". Unfortunately and until now, we were all under the assumption that this drone was in Big Basin when actually it was a few miles from the border of Big Basin.

More recently, while investigating the Capitola drone, an individual who caught the Capitola story contacted Drone Research Team member elevenaugust. Back in September of 2007 this individual named Tom had taken a picture of the area and stated the following.

"The reason I knew where the photo may have been taken is because I used to work in the area for Pacific Gas and Electric as a meter reader. Though it was several months before I actually drove to Saratoga, California to look in 2007, I knew right away when I saw the photo back in June that it was Saratoga and not Big Basin State park, as Linda Moulton-Howe stated in her website www.earthfiles.com. In fact, I even wrote Linda Moulton-Howe explaining what I found and questioned the validity of the drone photos by questioning how the photographer could have mistaken the location. All that Linda Moulton-Howe did was correct the caption on her website to change the location of the tree line photo, to Saratoga"

The photo above is a small version of the original Stephen drone.

This photo taken by Tom shows the ridge in the background. The area is up above Saratoga, California and is commonly referred to as Bohlman Road Ridge where he worked for Pacific Gas and Electric.

After Tom presented his drone picture to the Drone Research Team, private investigator Frankie Dixon drove to the area to confirm Tom's findings for the DRT. One of his photographs is seen here above. The investigator was obviously standing in a location somewhat different than Tom, but closer to where the drone was originally photographed by Stephen. The tree line is identical.

To orient you a little, this map shows the relationship to Big Basin Park from Bohlman Road in Saratoga. The spot marked "A" is Bohlman Road Ridge.

Above is a map of the area showing Bohlman Road.

CAPITOLA UFO TYPE DRONE UPDATE FROM FOX'S AMERICAN NEWSROOM

CAPITOLA DRONE UFO - A COLD CASE FROM OUTER SPACE - L. A. TIMES

Keeping you abreast as to what is going on currently with the Drone Research team, (DRT) and private investigators Frankie Dixon and T.K. Davis, it appears that the American Newsroom program that was due to air has been temporarily canceled until tomorrow. It appears that President Bush caused a delay in the programing with a lengthy speech.

The flip side is that Fox's American Newsroom did present a picture of the Capitola drone (seen above) on the air today while explaining that this story would be presented tomorrow March 20th.

The search for Raj continues.

CAPITOLA DRONE UFO - A COLD CASE FROM OUTER SPACE - L. A. TIMES

Frankie Dixon, left and T.K. Davis investigate
the possible UFO sighting Capitola, California.

Where's that power pole?
And the guy who said he photographed a UFO above it?
Two down-to-earth private eyes want to know.

Los Angeles Times
By, Staff Writer John M. Glionna
March 18, 2008

CAPITOLA, CALIF -- Private eye T.K. Davis has worked his share of oddball cases. Once he tracked down a one-armed woman wanted for child endangerment. He staked out a backyard to catch a guy throwing dirt clods into a pool. When you make your living answering life's mysterious questions at $100 an hour, you take a few calls out of the blue.

He works the streets of this suburban town near Santa Cruz, where dog-walking mothers and aging hippies compete for beach time. Oh, sure, it might seem innocent enough, but it can get a little creepy if you let it. People might see things -- unusual objects in the sky, for instance -- and not say a thing for fear of being ridiculed.

At times like that, a private eye comes in handy. He can look around, ask a few hard questions -- even if it means risking his reputation built over 30 years as a deputy sheriff.

That's more or less where Davis finds himself now, behind the wheel of his blue Ford Explorer, with his partner Frankie Dixon. They're cruising down streets, looking at utility poles and trying to figure out: Is that the one in these three pictures, the pictures with the unidentified flying object?

The photographs came from -- surprise! -- the Internet. In May, someone using the name Raj posted them on Craigslist. All three show a lone wooden power pole with its jumble of crossbeams and wires. Hovering just above it is some kind of flying saucer.

The thing looks part campy "Star Trek" prop, part slapdash collection of handyman tools, with metallic limbs jutting from a cylindrical sphere. Examined closely, one of the arms bears some kind of writing.

Raj told people he took the photos in Capitola. Then he vanished into cyberspace.

UFO hunters around the world started buzzing. Apparently, Raj wasn't alone. Elsewhere, other alleged eyewitnesses posted pictures and video of the quirky little craft. It became known as the "California drone" because it was clear from the photos that no human could have fit inside to fly the thing.

Soon, the mystery became too tantalizing to be left to Internet speculators. Somebody who knew what he was doing had to be hired to locate that pole, which might lead to finding the elusive Raj.

Enter Davis, 62, and Dixon, 60.

Men in Black they're not. To cover his middle-age paunch, Davis prefers windbreakers and blue jeans to the crisp suits of Hollywood's extraterrestrial sleuths. Dixon is more Man in White. On this day, he's wearing a Vegas-bright white sweater suitable for the first tee at the golf course -- which is where he spends most of this time since retiring from police work seven years ago.

"See how close that one is?" Dixon says of one power pole, comparing it with a photo. Their SUV is easing along a shady street, its cab cloudy with smoke from Davis' cheap Hav-A-Tampa cigars.

"I like that one," Davis says.

"No," Dixon says, "it's turned the wrong way."

They motor on, scanning the sky.

A onetime captain in the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Department, Davis considers himself an expert in scam artists and nut cases. So his radar went up in January when he got the call from a woman in London. She said she was from an Internet forum, group specializing in "UFOlogy." She said she represented people who were interested in the drone and wanted to contact Raj and others who claimed in Web postings to have seen the craft. There was the guy in Bakersfield who called himself Chad. There was the hiker and the bicyclist, both from the San Jose area. Nobody used last names. So far, nobody could be found.

Before calling Davis, the forum group had e-mailed Raj. He told them he snapped the picture from his fiancee's parents' home. They hoped to ask more questions, but he suddenly closed his e-mail account. They spent months looking for him before deciding to hire a professional.

Find the power pole in the photo, the woman told Davis, and you'll find the house. And Raj.

Oh, and one more thing: She didn't want to be identified.

Davis doesn't believe in UFOs, but he said that "she seemed like a logical person who wanted answers." Besides, he loves the challenge of working cold cases. And the nice hourly pay. So he started nosing around.

He thought the thing in the pictures looked far too intricate and sophisticated to be the work of some bored teenager using Photoshop. So what was it?

He went to the Internet, trawling for witnesses.

Some who said they saw the craft likened it to a dragonfly or an upside-down egg beater. They described it variously as an exploratory craft dispatched by a mother ship and a top-secret government project.

But in chat rooms, Davis also found plenty of drone doubters, who made comments such as "Looks like a new kind of torque wrench" and "Did you folks get a picture or two of the crop circles?"

In one exchange, when someone asked about the meaning of the writing on one of the craft's arms, the snide responses flooded in: "Made in China." "Martians for Obama."

Word of Davis' case quickly spread among his ex-cop cronies. T.K. had gone galactic, they joked at their weekly drinking sessions. He was seeing little green men. Davis let them laugh, just as they had when he'd taken a night class in meteorology and spent weeks chasing tornadoes in the Midwest.

"I'm not chasing flying saucers," he said. "I'm knocking on doors, looking for people, just like I've always done."

Then he got a call from Dixon, a fellow retiree he'd known since the two worked on a 1970s narcotics task force. Dixon, also a private eye, had heard about the case on the golf course. He wanted in. "I'm your man," he said. "I can find that pole." When Davis said yes, Dixon went out and bought a book about Roswell, N.M., the site of a notorious UFO sighting in 1947.

The pair devised a strategy: Don't buy into any far-fetched "Star Wars" theories. And don't admit the case has anything to do with possible alien spacecraft. If you start talking about flying saucers, Davis warned, people will start closing doors.

"We were working for people who didn't want to be identified," Davis said, "looking for people who didn't want to be found."

Dixon quickly became an expert on utility poles.

Like fingerprints, he says, each pole is different. Some carry only telephone wires. Others also have cable-TV hookups. Most, but not all, have short rods for climbing. He visited the power company with one photo -- with the drone carefully edited out. He said he was working an auto accident. Could they tell him where the pole was?

No luck.

He then visited the website of the Mutual UFO Network, dedicated to extraordinary sightings, where a man named Isaac claimed that strange craft resembling the one Dixon and Davis were investigating were part of a U.S. government project. Isaac said he knew this because he worked for a top-secret government program in Palo Alto in the 1980s, devising commercial technology from extraterrestrial artifacts confiscated by U.S. scientists.

Isaac wrote that he worked five stories below ground. Dixon consulted fire officials, who keep records of building heights and depths, but could find no record of such a place.

Running into such dead ends, Davis took a chance and began mentioning the real reason for his search.

Sometimes, it actually seemed to help.

"They'd call it baloney and then admit, well, maybe they had seen something funny one night in their lives," he said. "Everybody's in the closet."

One person said she'd seen the drone in Sequoia National Forest. "It was broad daylight. I was sober," she said. "I'm not known for seeing things." Dixon had his doubts, because she couldn't even recall what day it happened.

Before hiring Davis, the woman from the forum called Capitola police to report the photo and request an investigation. Chief Richard Ehle considered the whole matter a farce, but assigned a detective to it just in case.

Sgt. Mark Gonzales found nothing. "We're a small beach town, and residents report everything from cat feces on lawns to sick seagulls," he said. "If someone saw something, I'd know about it."

But he said he wouldn't immediately close the case. "I keep an open mind," he said.

So do Davis and Dixon. They recently uncovered some new leads. At a party, Davis mentioned the drone to a friend. "I thought he would have thrown me out of the room." Instead, the man offered a theory about the location of Isaac's secret Palo Alto laboratory.

Davis has started a website for other tips:

"The more I get into this, the more I want to know," he said. "It's weird."
