Disc captured by two different people from two different points of view. Short footage on cell phone. According to the shadow from the disc(41-42 sec), some 3 floors above the shadow from the unfinished building, on the building behind, the craft is approx. 20ft; 7m in diameter (2 floors).

This one is pretty fake. The fact that the camera keeps up with the ufo and that it looks like a flat image that with a animated layer on top... adobe after effects i believe was used.
