In the video I film it as it crosses the sky from west to east, after a minute or so, you see the moon enter the shot, and there is another light to the bottom of the clip which is a street light.
The detail isn't that good as its only a camera phone, but to the naked eye it was a sort of oblong shape, and pulsating or crackling like electricity, but totally silent. but on the clip it looks more like the classic 'saucer' shape.
